Detection of Human Phospho-TOR (S2448) by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF‑7 human breast cancer cell line treated (+) with 1um Camptothecin (CPT) for 5 hours. PVDF membrane was treated (+) or untreated (-) with 300u/ml CIP for 1 hour and probed with 1ug/ml of Rat Anti-Human Phospho-TOR (S2448) Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Phospho-TOR (S2448) at approximately 280kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
